- Extreme orange premium foam abrasives are manufactured with high performance aluminum oxide abrasive, bonded directly onto our proprietary polyurethane foam with 100% solids adhesive
- The extremely sharp and friable P-graded aluminum oxide abrasive produces a fast cutting action under light pressure for consistent material removal and finish throughout the life of the product
- Premium loop scrim is laminated to the foam for easy attachment and removal from hook and loop pads
- The proprietary orange urethane foam provides the correct firmness to enable the abrasive grain to cut yet provides flexible support to allow the product to conform to uneven surfaces
- Extreme orange medium grade foam will produce a finish/scratch pattern between 100 and 120 grit
